A Word of Thanks

We owe an incredible thanks to the staff of gfcu. Despite the pandemic, unheard of levels of uncertainty, and continual operational changes to our daily work lives, we made it through 2020 with almost no service disruptions. COVID-19 has provided a number of unique challenges, and while the safety of staff and members is the top priority, we also know that maintaining access to banking service is extremely important. As such, we again owe a huge thank you to our staff, who helped to ensure that our workspaces were safe, and that the doors were open every business day. Together, we believe that we set a notable example in this community on how to properly, and safely, do business during a pandemic.

We also owe a big thank you to our members. Despite the ever-changing rules and requirements, everyone was respectful and adherent to the new measures in place, while being gracious and kind along the way. While it is too early to summarize and move on from COVID-19, we are confident in our ability to continue navigating this situation, and aspire to moving forward towards economic growth and recovery in the months to come.
